Certified as an Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary, TPC Myrtle Beach is built with as much respect for its natural setting as for the golfers who play it. Native grasses, wetland buffers, and hardwood stands frame fairways throughout the round, giving the course a lush, undisturbed feel uncommon this close to the coast.
Home to the Dustin Johnson Golf School and a full TPC amenity package, the club offers an experience that goes well beyond the 18 holes themselves. Whether you're chasing the par-3 17th or simply looking for the best-conditioned course in the area, TPC Myrtle Beach stands apart.

4 things worth knowing before your round — from tee selection to where to eat when you're done.
01
Course Character & Design
Tom Fazio and Lanny Wadkins co-designed TPC Myrtle Beach as the area's only course bearing the PGA Tour's TPC brand, routing the layout through classic Carolina lowcountry terrain with the strategic demands expected of a Tour-caliber facility. MiniVerde UltraDwarf Bermuda greens, the same surface used at TPC Sawgrass, set a premium standard that distinguishes TPC Myrtle Beach from every other course on the Grand Strand.
02
Signature Holes
The course features several standout individual holes, including a dramatic island-green par-3 and a signature 16th that requires a carry over water from the tee, the kind of high-stakes moments the TPC brand is built around. Fazio's characteristic bunkering and the natural pine-framed corridors create a course where strategic positioning off the tee pays dividends far more reliably than raw distance.
03
Course Conditions
MiniVerde UltraDwarf Bermuda greens are among the fastest and most precisely maintained putting surfaces in Myrtle Beach, the TPC brand carries conditioning obligations that keep the course playing at tournament standard year-round. Golf Digest awarded TPC Myrtle Beach 5 Stars and named it among America's Top 10 New Upscale Public Courses at opening, and the standards have been upheld since.
04
Before You Play
TPC Myrtle Beach is part of Founders Group International's portfolio, which means multi-round packages combining it with Grande Dunes, King's North, or Caledonia offer genuine value at the top end of the Myrtle Beach market. The Dustin Johnson Golf School is on-site for lessons, and the MiniVerde greens putt significantly faster than most courses on the Strand, give yourself time on the practice green to calibrate before your first tee shot. TPC also runs a Kids Play Free program (16 and under with paying adult), a rare amenity at this price point.

Part of Founders Group International portfolio.
